Don´t Destroy My Circles!

I´ve been trying to describe the present Greek situation with a help of my pencil and pastels.
This is my first attempt inspired by the well known story of Euclides, the famous Greek geometer and arithmetician.
The old story tells us that while he was finding a solution for one of his geometric problems with circles he was attacked by a soldier of an enemy. Before than he was killed by him Euclides shouted for him his simple phrase: "Don´t destroy my circles!" He appreciated his beloved geometry more than his own life. Well, perhaps somehow he guessed that he was eternal anyway.

Nenič mé kruhy!

Pokouším se popsat současnou řeckou situaci pomocí tužky a pastelek.
Tohle je můj první pokus inspirovaný dobře známou historkou o slavném geometrovi a matematikovi Euklidovi.
Ten starý příběh nám vypráví, že zatímco hledal řešení jednoho ze svých geometrických problémů s kružnicemi, napadl ho nepřátelský voják. Dříve než ho zabil, Euklides na něj křikl prostou větu: "Nenič mé kruhy!" Své milované geometrie si cenil víc než vlastního života.
Nu, možná nějak tušil, že je beztak věčný.
