From Štěchovice to Slapy a vice versa (II)

On Cottages and Settlements

Find no chronology in this serial. Its separate parts have been chosen by accident. It it as if we were sitting over coffee or tea and we were talking at random, as if we were jumping from one topic to another quite freely.

The tramping movement in this area wasn´t reduced to a free tramping in the local Nature only. Gradually the tramps have built their settlements or separate cottages on rocky steep slopes under Vltava the river.
One example of this can be seen on the figure one.

There have been the dudes and the tramps. The tramps have despised the dudes till this time though their movement hasn´t been so strong as it were a time before. At the present times the youngest generation of tramps has changed into the dudes. Their current cottages have been equipped with all modern inventions incl. electricity, running water, motor boats, tellies etc. The romantic cottages with no electricity, the original modest dwellings of the tramps with no ovens have been over.
All the old tramps having still been alive have become to be the dudes with their memories of the old golden times of the tramping in Bohemia. In their first phase they´ve underwent their pioneering trips to this wild intact landscape. In the second stadium they´ve set their settlements and built their primitive cottages. In the current phase the city comfort has won fully, now the tramps have been the dudes with cowboy´s hats on their heads.

O chatkách a osadách

V tomto seriálu nehledejte žádnou chronologii. Jeho jednotlivé části jsou vybírány nahodile. Je to jako bychom seděli nad kávou nebo čajem a mleli páté přes deváté, jako bychom skákali od jednoho tématu na druhé zcela volně.

Trampské hnutí v této oblasti se neomezovalo jen na volné trampování v místní přírodě. Trampové postupně stavěli své osady nebo samostatné chatky na skalnatých strmých svazích nad Vltavou.

Jsou paďouři (měšťáci) a trampové. Trampové měšťáky pohrdají dodnes, ale jejich hnutí už není tak silné jako bylo před časem. V současné době se nejmladší trampská generace změnila v paďoury. Jejich dnešní chatky jsou vybaveny veškerými moderními vynálezy vč. elektřiny, tekoucí vody, motorových člunů, televizí atd.. Romantické chatky bez elektřiny, původní skromná obydlí trampů bez pečících troub jsou pryč.

Všichni staří trampové, kteří jsou ještě naživu, se stali paďoury se vzpomínkami na staré zlaté časy trampování v Česku. V první fázi podstupovali průkopnické výlety do této divoké a netknuté krajiny. Ve druhém stádiu zakládali osady a stavěli primitivní chatky. V současné fázi vyhrálo naplno městské pohodlí, teď jsou trampové paďoury s kovbojskými klobouky na hlavách.
