On A Mysterious Excrement

One day of our stay in Bastia, Corsica, me and my son decided to make a trip to Furiani the village. Furiani sat on one of many tops of  hills at a distance behind our hotel. Its photo you can see in the third part of my serial devoted to my visit of this beautiful French island.

But today I´m not going to depict our visit in this interesting village, today I want to ponder on a mysterious excrement we came upon on a field path behind Furiani. I haven´t known its author so far. I was attracted with its very elaborated a helix like structure. I had to take a picture of it. What was a kind of a creature to create this work?

The way we walked on was climbing up to a top of a hill, the landscape in its surroundings was barren, we didn´t meet anybody except for cattle grazing freely in the macchia sort of vegetation, some cows or bulls were disappearing out of our sights in the growth. The dispersed herd was watched by a dog or two.

Was the author of this excrement any wild animal or any domestic one? Could the culprit be a man? If yes, then he or she had to own an extraordinary organ. Maybe it could be a mysterious Corsican "snow" man. Or perhaps an alien from the Universe could try to portrait his own face.

O záhadném výkalu

Jednoho dne našeho pobytu v Bastii na Korzice jsme se se synem rozhodli udělat si výlet do vesnice Furiani. Furiani seděla na jednom z mnoha vrchů kopců v dálce za naším hotelem. Její snímek můžete zhlédnout ve třetí části mého seriálu věnovaného mé návštěvě tohoto krásného francouzského ostrova.

Ale dnes nehodlám líčit naši návštěvu v této zajímavé vesnici, dnes chci přemítat o záhadném výkalu, na který jsme narazili na polní cestě za Furiany. Až dosud neznám jeho autora. Upoutala mě jeho velmi propracovaná šroubovitá struktura. Musel jsem si udělat jeho obrázek. Jaký druh tvora stvořil tohle dílo?

Cesta, kterou jsme pokračovali dál, šplhala na vrchol pahorku, krajina v jejím okolí byla pustá, nepotkali jsme nikoho s výjimkou dobytka popásajícího se volně v macchiové vegetaci, některé krávy nebo býci nám v tom porostu mizeli z dohledu. Rozptýlené stádo hlídalo pár psů.

Bylo autorem výkalu divoké zvíře nebo zvíře domestikované? Mohl být tím pachatelem člověk? Pokud ano, on či ona museli mít pozoruhodný orgán. Možná to mohl být nějaký tajemný korzický "sněžmý" muž. Anebo se možná nějaký cizinec z vesmíru mohl pokoušet portrétovat vlastní tvář.
