Our Way Between two Fields and Our Visit of The Lookout
(III, On June the 30-th 2016)
The Bird Picnic

When Líský the settlement was behind our backs and under us our next way got a new character. We were walking a large flat platform consisting of fields on either side of the path.Now its character changed into a common field path, the panels under our feet disappeared.

There was an oat field to my left side and a wheat field to my right side as I was walking the path. At the same time our views of the surrounding landscape became better, especially my back views showed the bluish horizon with hills of České Středohoří the Range. A while before this panorama was screened with cottages of the lower lying village.

On either side of the field path I could observe various field herbs growing in a near stripes between the path and the fields. From time to time I stopped my walking and I was taking some shots of the panoramas behind me as well as of some herbs growing alongside the field path.

Soon our first target could be seen at a distance in front of me. The target was the local lookout. It stood there lonely nearby the field path in a broke field to the right side.

As you can see on my pictures it was a simple metal chimney and its top part serving as a transmitter was not accessible to its visitors. In essence it was a slim metal chimney with its metal steps turning around it up like the famous double helix. The lookout was accessible freely, we met nobody there. It belonged to our trio only at that time. Maybe you would like to know how it was tall. But I must disappoint you in this point of view. Surely you can find the information on the net easily by yourself. The only thing I know is that views of the surrounding landscape was fantastic. Have a look at my pictures!

We sat on a perforated metal floor of the top part of the lookout to take a rest for a while. Each of us took a piece or two of the jerky from my son´s supply or we could take a drink from our pet bottles. At the same time we enjoyed the beautiful scenery in front of us.Of course me and Robert made use of this bird picnic to smoke one or two cigarettes out. Nobody was seen coming to the lookout in all the course of our stay there up with the one exception for one car passing by our observatory slowly and heading for the forest behind it.

The forest behind the lookout was our second goal in the scheme of this trip. After our bird picnic and with our feet on the ground again we started walking at its direction.

Naše cesta mezi dvěma poli a návštěva rozhledny

Ptačí piknik

Když byla osada Líský za našimi zády a pod námi, naše další cesta získala nový charakter. Kráčeli jsme rozlehlou rovnou plošinou, která sestávala z polí po obou stranách cesty. Teď se její charakter změnil v obyčejnou polní cestu, panely pod nohama nám zmizely.

Cestou jsem měl po levici ovesné pole a po pravici pšeničné. Současně se zlepšily výhledy do okolní krajiny, zejména zpětné pohledy ukazovaly modravý horizont s pahorky Českého Středohoří. O chvíli dříve tohle panorama clonily chalupy níže položené vesnice.

Po obou stranách cesty jsem mohl pozorovat různé polní byliny rostoucí v úzkých pruzích mezi cestou a poli. Občas jsem se zastavoval v chůzi a pořizoval záběry panorámat za sebou a také některých bylin rostoucích podél cesty.

Brzy se v dálce přede mnou dal vidět náš první cíl. Tím cílem byla místní rozhledna. Stála tam osaměle opodál polní cesty ve zoraném poli na pravé straně.

Jak můžete vidět na mých fotografiích, byl to jednoduchý kovový komín a jeho vrcholná část, sloužící jako vysílač, nebyla návštěvníkům přístupná. V podstatě to byl štíhlý kovový komín s kovovým schodištěm, které se kol něj obtáčelo vzhůru jako slavná dvojitá šroubovice. Rozhledna byla volně přístupná, nepotkali jsme tam nikoho. V té době patřila pouze našemu triu. Možná byste rádi věděli, jak byla vysoká. Ale v tomto ohledu vás musím zklamat. Určitě si tuhle informaci dokážete najít snadno na netu sami. Vím jen to, že výhledy do okolní krajiny byly fantastické. Podívejte se na mé fotografie!

Usadili jsme se na perforovanou kovovou podlahu nejhořejší části rozhledny, abychom si chvíli odpočali. Každý z nás si vzal kousek či dva z jerky (sušené hovězí) ze synovy zásoby nebo se mohl napít z našich pet lahví. Současně jsme si užívali nádhernou scenérii před sebou. Samo, že my s Robertem jsme využili toho ptačího pikniku k tomu, abychom vykouřili pár cigaret. Po celý průběh našeho pobytu tam nahoře k rozhledně nikdo nepřicházel, až na jedinou výjimku auta, které pomalu projelo kol naší pozorovatelny a směřovalo k lesu za ní.

Les za rozhlednou byl naším druhým cílem v plánu výletu. Po ptačím pikniku a s nohama opět na zemi jsme se rozešli v jeho směru.
